Our scrum master has quit, my best friend has been laid off (because the company doesn't need product analysts anymore), and I'm on the team that's considered the worst in the company.
I'm a quality assurance lead with ten years in the industry. Currently I help develop and maintain a website at a London based company which I call "Tango Foxtrot." I also enjoy drinking nice tea and travelling.
We're switching from traditional waterfall development to Scrum-style Agile, and this blog is my attempt to document how the QA element fits into this. Wish us luck - we need it!
